Patti McCord Carlson
Patti is a fifth-year graduate student in the Social-Cognitive program. She received her Bachelor's degree from the University of Florida.  Patti currently has an internship with the human factors team at BellSouth. Her research interests include intergroup aggression and stereotype threat.
C. Lamonte Powell
Lamonte is a fourth-year graduate student in the Social-Cognitive program. He received his Bachelor's degree from Morehouse College, and an M.P.H. at Emory University.  His research interests include psychophysiology, virtual reality, and influence.
John Ryan
John is a fourth-year graduate student in both the Social-Cognitive and the Neuropsychology & Behavioral Neuroscience programs. He received his Bachelor's degree from the University of Arizona.  His research interests include functional MRI, stereotyping and prejudice, and social priming effects.
R. Toby Amoss
Toby is a second-year graduate student in the Neuropsychology & Behavioral Neuroscience program. He received his Bachelor's degree from Mercer University.  His research interests include emotion, functional MRI, ERPs, and cognitive processes.
Michael Philipp
Michael is a second-year student in the Social-Cognitive program. He has Master's degrees in Communication (University of Maryland) and Social Psychology (Univ. of Northern Iowa). His research interests include social neuroscience, virtual immersive environment technology, and emotion.
Lisa Elliott
Lisa is a second-year graduate student in the Social-Cognitive program. She received her Bachelor's degree from GSU, where she graduated with honors in psychology.  Her research interests include psychophysiology, prejudice, and the effects of loneliness on health.
Kostas Fanti
Kostas is a fourth-year graduate student in the Developmental program. He received a Master's degree from the University of New Orleans.  His research interests include aggression, psychophysiology, and emotion.
